We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. The return window will be automatically closed after 7 days.
Mail us within 7 working days (support@thesellaroo.in) along with your order id & reason of return.
Unboxing video is mandatory
FOR ANY REASON, WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS. Only store credits are available for returns and exchanges. A gift card with an indefinite validity period is provided. Reverse shipment, or having us pick it up from you, will cost INR 80 each order, which is the customer’s responsibility. Once the returned goods are handed back to us, the voucher will be provided after INR 80 has been subtracted from the purchase price.
Damage & Missing Product: To prevent any damage or misses on our end, we employ a three-layer checking procedure.
If a consumer reports a damaged goods within seven days of receiving their order, they may be eligible for a return as long as you have an unboxing video that demonstrates the damage. If this clause is broken, the return or exchange request will be denied. Only the damaged goods will be approved if a consumer purchases numerous items. Within 14 days of us receiving the product, you will get store credit for the cost of the damaged item or items.
Please make sure the video is clear and that the missing, broken, or defective parts are zoomed in.
We need a video of the box with the original labels and tags still on it. We will not be able to accommodate any more requests if the video is not shared using the information provided.
To proceed with the request, we will need a 360-degree video of the package being unpacked.
Please be aware that your claim might not be honoured if there is insufficient proof or obvious evidence of packet manipulation.
The brand retains the right to make the ultimate decision in each of these situations.
After approval of the return/exchange, and refund. If you want reverse pickup, you can mail us. Please be aware that we will deduct the Rs 80 delivery fee. We can be reached by email at support@thesellaroo.in.

As long as the goods is undamaged and in excellent shape, you will receive the gift voucher within 14 days of us receiving it.
The same voucher will not be used if it is rejected.
We ask that you be available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner once you have mailed the return request. If you are not available or are unable to answer the phone, the delivery partnermay cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In each of these situations, the procedure will need to be started afresh, lengthening the time frame overall + Charges Applied.
Additionally, please be aware that although the majority of PIN code numbers can be serviced both forward and reverse, there are a few unusual instances where they can only be serviced forward and not reverse. In any of these situations, we might ask that you return the item via a different courier service.
We do not have order cancellations because of operational difficulties. Request that clients refrain from making rash purchases.
